Is the mailbox cleared when exporting to Exchange 2010 PST?

Good day! I wanted to clarify this issue, 2 heads of departments are leaving, the management asked to somehow unload their boxes in order to exclude some points that may possibly arise. My manager said that the last time the user was unloaded, his box was cleared. I plan to use this command

New-MailboxExportRequest –Mailbox mailtst –FilePath \\HQFS01\ExportPST\mailtst.pst
