Purge Exchange 2010 mailbox?

The user has a lot of garbage in the mailbox, I need to delete the sent messages that are in the folder (SentItems).
Calendar and junk mail. As seen in the screenshot. I know about the team

Search-Mailbox johnsmith  –searchquery “Foldername:’SentItems’” -DeleteContent

. But it simply doesn't run and throws an error: the property keword isn't supported

Search-Mailbox johnsmith -searchquery “Foldername:'SentItems'” -DeleteContent
hyphen before searchquery enter it carefully yourself, do not copy from expertsexchange
