Why did Yandex stop accepting letters?

Some time ago (about 1.5 months ago, from mid-July) I stopped sending letters to Yandex. Hands reached just now to look. I see when I try to send:

from mail.info log

relay=none, delay=30, delays=0.06/0/30/0, dsn=4.4.1, status=deferred (connect to mx.yandex.net[77.88.21.249]:25: Connection timed out)

Did Yandex do something again?

@47911

It turns out that the "service provider" blocked it (port 25). Actually, the question is for him.

~$ nc -zv mx.yandex.net 25
Connection to mx.yandex.net 25 port [tcp/smtp] succeeded!

Works. Check your firewall settings.
