Now I have synology as a mail server, mail is sent from it without problems, and you can easily change the domain, that is, I can send and receive letters from [email protected] mailboxes [email protected] [email protected] without any problems etc. (the necessary dns-records are simply registered)
But how to organize this on Zimbra?

Zimbra is sensitive to the domain name of the server. And what mail domains are registered on this server is another matter.
That is, in your case, the server can be called, for example, mail.xxx.ru, and successfully process mail [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] To do this, the MX record for yyy.ru and zzz.ru will have to refer to mail.xxx.ru
