How to configure email sending for wordpress users?

configured miniserver with nginx and wordpress. how to set up sending emails for only registered users or those who have lost their password?
I somehow configured it on the local server so I sent the specified email via mail (). how to set it up here too?
I don't need to set up an email server, I only need to send confirmation emails and news emails. simple mechanism
