Hello. And how can I share a user calendar in Outlook for all other users of the company at once? It is necessary to make sure that all other users can immediately see the employee's calendar. I know how to do this for each specific one, but what to write in "Add-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity [email protected]:\Marketing -User [email protected] -AccessRights Owner" after -User instead of [email protected]. And is it possible to do so? Users are not divided into specific groups, even in AD everyone lives in the same window, if this is important. It is required to do this as discreetly as possible for the owner of the calendar and all other users, that is, sending out invitations and pressing additional buttons in the mail client is not an option. There is no need to publish the calendar anywhere else, it will be used only on the internal network.
