How are Outlook calendars supposed to work?

Hello.
The essence of the problem: I'm trying to set up an Outlook calendar, including transferring it from Google Cal, but I can't understand a couple of points, in the sense that this is how it works or is it a glitch?
1. Is it possible to attach files and insert images to Events/Meetings in the Exchange calendar? Or such possibility is not provided by developers?
In local calendar (Outlook Data File) Paste works fine. And here is the picture in Exchange calendars:

At the same time, it is possible to insert an image or attach a drag-and-drop file, but after restarting Outlook, everything disappears.
2. Should Events/Meetings from all my calendars, regardless of their location and type (local, exchange, or subscription), be displayed in the right sidebar? Or is the display provided only for the main calendar of the account / data file?
In my "To Do List - Calendar" panel, only the calendar that is defined as the main one is displayed.
