Is the IP address in the local network tied to the PC or not?

Good afternoon!
Tell me, there is a network of 100 machines, let's say on one of the computers the address is 10.20.52.69, if I connect this computer to another network outlet, will the ip address change or remain the same?

If the network is DHCP - may or may not change, depending on the DHCP settings, in particular the lease time. If static IP - will not change.

Will remain the same. If the lease time is long and this address is not already occupied

If DHCP, then it can change during the day.
With a relatively quick transfer from socket to socket, most likely, the address will not change, since the entry from the IP-MAC address correspondence table will not have time to disappear from the DHCP server.
