Zabbix. How to generate alerts with custom keys (data elements)?

Good afternoon!
I deployed a zabbix virtual appliance for tests, set up templates, collecting the necessary information using SNMP, triggers, sending alerts. Everything is great, except that I can’t find information anywhere about how to add custom keys (data elements) to the templates of sent notifications?
For example, I collect data from the UPS:
ups.systemname - the name of the UPS specified in the settings
ups.filial - the branch where the UPS is installed
ups.input.phase - is there or is there an incoming phase
A trigger is configured by the ups.input.phase key , sending messages. How do I add the ups.filial and ups.systemname data elements to the notification email template?

Is the simple solution not working? Please include in your notification message:

место установки: {{HOST.HOST}:ups.fillial.last(#1)};
адресо установки: {{HOST.HOST}:ups.address.last(#1)}
имя хоста: {{HOST.HOST}:ups.hostname.last(#1)}
модель ИБП: {{HOST.HOST}:ups.model.last(#1)}

Add macros to the required elements in the message.

I'm sorry, I didn't quite understand: write it this way or change it to fit my data? I have a text field with installation location (ups.filial), installation address (ups.address), hostname (ups.hostname), UPS model (ups.model), serial number (ups.serial), manufacturing date (ups .factory) etc. And there is data with triggers and actions, such as "no phase" (ups.phase). Can you tell me how the list will look like in my case in the notification letter template:
installation location: ups.filial
installation address: ups.address
host name: ups.hostname
UPS model:
ups.model elements.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
