Is the influence of color on the psyche a myth, or can it be used?

Albeit a bit of a chaotic topic, but nonetheless.
What color is best to use for writing - black or blue (not blue)? Perhaps self-deception, but I noticed that the page of the letter in blue seems to facilitate perception, the page in black concentrates. Such ambiguous, sometimes mutually exclusive pluses.

All bullshit. A/B testing is everything. Black swans do not sleep.

Color associatives could differ from country to country, from culture to culture.
For example, white in our country can be associated with purity, while in the Far East it is the color of death (for example, in India, brides wear red for this very reason).
In general, A-B testing is best.

well, it’s not that they directly affect the psyche, but they create a certain mood and atmosphere
