Is the Fifine K669 microphone very quiet?

I bought a fifine k669 microphone. The sound is very quiet even when cranked to the max.
This is in the device manager

- check that the default recording device is usb microphone
- check that in the sound parameters - device properties, the level is set within 70-100%

Did you solve the problem with the microphone or did you send it back to the seller? And then I have the same problem.
