How to get rid of the low frequency irregular noise of a condenser microphone?

The microphone is noisy, and if you do not touch the computer, then there is no noise, if you scroll through the page of a site - then it is during the scrolling that the microphone picks up a noise similar to the sound of a running gasoline generator. By the way, it may not be during scrolling, I don’t know what it depends on. Moreover, this happens even if I am remotely connected to the computer via a teamviewer. The same noise is regularly present during the game, that is, some game is running - it makes noise, the game is loading - it makes noise, it does not load - it makes noise, or does not make noise, in general, it is not clear.
Approximately according to the same algorithm, the chokes in the video card make noise, but I did not notice that they made noise when I use the browser. The computer is not grounded. The microphone is additionally powered by USB.
I will add a link to a video with a recording of actions on the screen and sound. Video
0:52 - I move the cursor over the quick launch bar, I forgot that the screen is not recorded all, therefore it is not visible.
01:05 - the browser is launched and the pinned pages are loaded
Brakes in the video and the quality is shit in places because all this is recorded through the teamviewer. All the sounds that are heard on the video I click with the mouse, scroll, type on the keyboard, move the window - this is all a microphone. Physically, I am at work and there is no microphone. I listen to the sound through TeamSpeak by connecting from work and from home.

I have a Lenovo G580 laptop, if I plug it into a socket without grounding, it makes noise, if it does not make noise with grounding, if it works on battery power, it makes noise again. I solved the problem simply - USB headphones . USB zvukovuhi the same is on sale.

Hello, this noise happens often, and the computer's power supply is to blame. It has smoothing capacitors at the power outputs. If they lose their capacitance, a power supply interference appears, and it gives noise to the audio path in the form of a gasoline generator or modem when the mouse is moved.
You can fix it by installing on the power connector of the hard drive, a block from the old hard drive on which you need to solder 2 electrolytic capacitors 2000 microfarads 25 volts (minuses to black, plus one to red, the other to yellow wire).
Of course, it is more correct to replace the computer's power supply with a new one.
