You can immediately throw the existing power supply into the trash - in no case do not use it in a new PC (unless, of course, you want everything to burn down). The first - there is little power, the second - old (wear, shrinkage - gives out less power than it was originally, when overloaded, there is a high probability of failure of both the PSU itself and any connected components). SSD must be NVME PCI-E, the best option is Samsung 970 EVO or more reliable PRO.
