Hello, the RAM speed is 1600 MHz 4 GB, how important is the amount of RAM for programming under ios on a macbook and how much is it needed? For optimal use and to the maximum?

4GB is not just not enough for programming, it's not enough just for everyday use...

screenshot of my macbook - Works great. Another important thing here is the SSD. Straight - wow.
upd. 4 is not enough. At least double it.
