How much is better to take a macbook SSD under windows (as a second OS) 256 or 512?

I want to take a poppy, but I need Windows on it, as a second OS. Those. I do not consider one Windows without macos.
Interested in whether 256 GB is enough for macos and windows (Windows will be bare, without programs, etc., purely for work)?
I'm not going to store anything, that is. 100 GB free is more than enough to have in stock.

Macbook Pro 256 GB, free 150 GB. Mac OS as a full-fledged environment for working with projects for a year (those that are older I throw off on a backup disk), 2 Windows on virtual machines.
