Is 8GB of RAM enough to design on a Mac, or is it worth paying extra for 16. It costs a lot more and I'm ready to close a few tabs before working?

Will 8gb of RAM be enough for me to design on a mac or should I pay $400 extra for a bundle with 16gb (and a 10-pok processor, better cooling) or save and close a few tabs before work?

It's better to pay extra for 16GB
. At 8 GB itself, you can work, but you should run vscode + photoshop + whatsapp + telegram at the same time and start looking for which application to bang, as it starts to dull. Tolerable, but not comfortable.
I'm starting to think about a replacement.

Definitely pay extra. There was an 8GB flash - very noticeable. Now 16, while the flight is normal.
