Is swap file encryption and incogito mode enough to leave no traces on the disk?

Hello,

Not so long ago I took care of information hygiene and information security. For certain reasons, it so happened that the likelihood of physical access to my computer is very high from relatives and strangers too (housing conditions). I studied the possibilities of how to hide my digital footprint on a computer while surfing and found an article: https://habr.com/ru/company/group-ib/blog/512728/
As far as I understood my English, it says that you can make a recovery of many surfing data on the Internet (and not only, there are still a huge number of file types, but not the essence) from swap files.
Here is another article that tells how to pull history from a swap https://www.hackingarticles.in/forensic-investigat...

Question 1, will the fsutil behavior set encryptpagingfile 1 combination really help to encrypt pagefile.sys in order to surf privately through google chrome incognito (I'm not talking about the fact that the actions are visible to the provider, I'm not interested, I'm interested in the ability to recover data during physical access).
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/ad...

Question 2, how does encryptpagingfile actually work in windows on fingers?
(and will it work on SSD and HDD also well)

Thanks

If relatives are IT specialists, then nothing can. Because just a tracking program like Mipko will be installed and that's it)
Boot from a Linux liveCD, from a USB flash drive. And sit in the internet lope you want. It's easier for me

It's called paranoia. Just use incognito browser mode and store files on an external drive with bitlocker

@Protos

Create an account for each relative and then they won’t get into yours
