Online compilation of windows projects (in the cloud) from GIT resources?

Good afternoon! Is it possible to? Does such a thing exist?
I'm too lazy (there is no need, I lack skills, etc.) to install the cumbersome Visual Studio system for compiling ready-made projects (opensource, for example) with the possibility of slightly adjusting them for myself. That is, I need a service that allows:
by pressing 1 button - loading the code into the project
by pressing the 2nd button - compiling the project into an EXE file
by pressing the 3rd button - creating a distribution kit (or just compressing only the necessary files into a single archive file)
download the distribution kit and enjoy.
Of course, it is easy and realistic to organize all this yourself, but does this already exist? (preferably free)
What prevents this? (why hasn't anyone done it yet?)
