Is o&o defrag good for optimizing ssd after using Windows XP on it?

Windows XP was installed and used on the ssd for a while. Then they installed Windows 7. Is o&o defrag (version 23) good enough to tidy up the disk, i.e. for the effect, as if it had a modern operating system that uses TRIM on it all the time?

No.
to clean up the disk
Why fix it up? It doesn't need to be fixed, it needs to be used.
There is TRIM - it will work faster, no TRIM - brakes are possible during operation. Only and everything.
And no mess.
The only problem in the absence of TRIM is possible brakes in operation.
On servers in general, TRIM does not work for the most part, and often is not effective.
The SSD controller is responsible for organizing the data on the SSD, and it is impossible to influence this process by any external programs!

Windows XP was installed and used on the ssd for a while.

Not a big deal at all
Then they installed Windows 7.

Or maybe Win 10 already
Will o&o defrag (version 23) work to clean up the disk

How do you know the disk is bad? The specified program will not give you anything
i.e. for the effect, as if it had a modern operating system using TRIM on it all the time?

What should be the effect? Work faster? You have already installed Windows 7, nothing else is required

Standard disk maintenance by means of the system (by right click) will be quite enough.
