How to move Windows 7 recovery partition from HDD to SSD?

Good afternoon, this is the situation. I bought a used Asus x550ca laptop, it now has windows 7 maximum. When buying from the manufacturer, windows 7 basic OEM was installed.
The previous owner installed an ssd drive instead of a floppy drive. And as I understand it, I downloaded a pirated Windows on ssd.
I decided to roll back the laptop to the factory settings, but when I call the F9 button, the system restore menu does not appear, but a menu appears where I can choose: either start windows 7 or check the memory.
When viewing "Disk Management" it can be seen that there is no hidden recovery partition on the ssd.
But this "Recovery Partition" is on the old 25Gb hdd, and also there is "EFI Encrypted System Partition" but no "OEM Partition".
Can I reset windows to factory settings in this situation? If I can, how?

No.
If you do not have a factory recovery partition, where does the computer get the recovery data from?
And why do you need it?
If license purity is so important - well, put the same windows 7 basic OEM.
If not, put a pro.
