Which SSD is better: DRAM or volume?

I chose two SSDs, but I can not decide which one to take. The first option is 256gb with DRAM, the second is 480gb without DRAM.
As far as I understand, this "DRAM" is a really important thing, however, the more the disk is filled (and it will be filled by + -150-200 GB), the further it goes from the nominal write / read speed.
I also want to note that the disk will be used as the only one in the system (under the OS, programs and data).

@Stteffan_1

For an ordinary user who does not have high-speed database tasks (for example), all these dram chips are not needed, you will not see a difference in 99.999% of tasks, there will be a maximum difference in synthetic tests.
dram in ssd is a non-volatile cache, whose resource does not run out, for example - there is a task of constantly and quickly updating data (a small amount of them and a keyword - changing the same area of \u200b\u200bthe disk, i.e. the same file in most file systems ) with a guarantee that the data will not be lost when the computer is turned off, then such a disk is ideal
in a regular ssd, there is no cache, or there is but based on another ssd memory (more expensive), which means that such a task can literally kill the disk in a fairly short period of time, while the main recording limit will not be reached.
so choose a bigger one
