Is it worth mentioning little work experience?

On any job search sites like hh.ru, should I indicate that I had little experience (2.5 months in one job and 1 month in another)? Or is it better not to mention at all? I'm just afraid that this, on the contrary, will not scare away employers.

Employers are so diverse that to scare everyone away is to try to write such a resume.
Specify. This is an indicator that you tried, hope for something and are not tired yet.
Golden time. =)

if a janitor, then no, if a programmer, then yes.

Move forward no matter what. He did not get along with his superiors, he did not get along with the team either. There were also delays in the RFP, it happened and they threw it, it happened and the work simply didn’t fit, it happened and they threw it out, because I didn’t fit them myself. Finding both a job and an employee, especially in IT, is a very, very difficult thing. Everyone has their own specifics of work, somewhere people work with round sums and any oversight can be expensive, but somewhere the work goes with a heavy matan in the field of signal processing. Somewhere you need an excellent knowledge of the Linux kernel, and somewhere you have to work in terrible stress. And somewhere all at once, but the compensation is appropriate.
Finding a warm place under the sun is one of the most important tasks in life. It is necessary to approach it critically, if something does not suit you, you should not linger for a long time, the trial period is not only for the employer, it is also for you. According to the Labor Code, any of the parties during the probationary period may terminate the contract unilaterally with a three-day warning. This is an opportunity to say goodbye and leave without unnecessary nerves. If they fire you, then you can’t take it very close to your heart. As a team, and you may not be suitable, for a variety of reasons. All you can do is find out why and take note of it.
Notifying the future employer whether you have worked for 1 month or not is up to you personally. From myself I can say that for me it was a mistake. Not in the sense that I greatly regret it, it’s just that it’s often very uncomfortable to talk to colleagues when you have to insert “worked as a freelancer”, constantly remembering your lies earlier, and so on and so forth. If you want, it's better to just keep silent, there was no experience at all. But in my opinion, this is worse than a negative experience. After all, he is also an experience, and besides, I hope you didn’t falter from work and tried to complete the tasks. In this case, there was also a positive experience in the form of solved problems, which you must definitely mention when setting up.
And yes, while you are not working for your uncle, work on yourself. It is very important not to sit out your pants, but to develop.

Work experience should always be indicated, regardless of how long it is. Sometimes this can make a huge difference when applying for a job, for example, the employee has worked in a fairly unique or specific area and has some knowledge. But be prepared that the employer will definitely ask you why you left your old job so quickly. It is very beneficial for the employer if an employee comes to him who is already a little familiar with the technology or tools (you don’t have to tell everything from the basics).
