How to prove yourself so that you can get a job without experience?

Having mastered HTML CSS and JS to the minimum required level, I decided to get a job as a full-time layout designer in a company. But here is the problem: how to prove yourself if there is no experience, no work that could show your level. Please advise how to demonstrate your skills to the employer, what kind of training pages to make up so that you don’t get rejected right away?

Make a free site for friends or, even better, for some charity. You can take their site, which may well turn out to be rather weak and poor, and make your own version for free, and then offer them to use it with the right for you to use the site in your portfolio. So, in addition to working for a portfolio, you will get real experience working with a customer, real problems, etc.

Lie that you can do everything, bring down the price by 1.5-2 times.
And you can deal with the task and hike.

There are many resources with website design examples - make up a few. arrange the layout normally, provide at the interview as your work. or just freelancing.

The best option is to go to Freelance exchanges, for example - fl.ru or freelansim.ru and take a couple of orders.

1) As already mentioned - you can climb the sites of schools \ organizations \ pr.pr.pr ... Make a website for them, and drag them into your portfolio. Personally, this is how I made a site for one already forgotten singer. Whether he gained fame or not, I don’t know, but I was pleased to put it in my portfolio. Show off your name so to speak
2) For fun, you can go the other way. First, make a site for some such stale office, contact them, show how you see their site and give it away for free. Just say so - I'm creating a portfolio for myself, so they say, if you want - take it.
