Does the tester interact with people a lot?
Hello everyone, tell me, please, who has work experience and interviews, how much does a manual tester or an automator need to interact with various people at work? As far as I understand, the testing team constantly interacts with project managers, developers, analysts, perhaps the customer? I have a problem in the form of my stuttering and a particularly strong increase in my speech blockages in moments of excitement, so I would like my work to have as few calls, rallies, meetings, conferences and so on as possible. Again, as far as I understand, the developer does not have a lot of such things, but basically only the morning scrum and that's it, if it's not right, correct it.

There is a lot of communication in product development, regardless of role. If you think that the developer only has a daily, I hasten to upset you. In general, you should not panic, voice and video are not the only way to communicate
The developer has a minimum of communications, the tester is forced to communicate with the customer, developers, PM, etc.
True, as correctly noted in the commentary, people in IT are quite tolerant and do not pay attention to stuttering. Professional qualities are much more important.
A good tester communicates a lot.
At your request, you can be advised to look for work in large companies, for a position where you only need to automate according to ready-made test cases. Then communications will narrow down only to correspondence with other testers.
The developer doesn't have many things like that.HAHAHAHAHAHA, well, I completely misunderstood, most of the work is done in these meetings
I have a problem in the form of my stuttering and a particularly strong increase in my speech blocks in moments of excitementwell, it sucks, there are jobs where you need to communicate little, but you need to look for it and usually pay a little
