What to choose for web testing automation on iPad?

The task is to automate Web testing on the iPad.
Required functionality:
In Safari on the iPad itself, follow the link (the mobile version of the site opens). Let's set some settings. We photograph the result of the settings (photos are necessary, because various graphs are being drawn). We compare photos with the standard (you need something similar for regression testing).
Eclipse+Selenium+Thucydides on Windows is currently used for the same.
Question: is it possible to somehow write tests on Windows and then run them on the iPad itself connected to the computer? The options that I come across involve writing tests from under MacOS, which is not very attractive.
