If the standard Windows Defender does not suit you. If satisfied, then why?

I have already answered this question many times, I will repeat it again. If we divide all antiviruses into (roughly speaking) "watchmen" and "detectives", then the "Defender" available in Windows is a perfectly acceptable average "watchman" without frills and frills. Its advantage is that it already exists, is well integrated into the OS and therefore does not eat up a lot of calculations. resources. If it suits you, putting another "watchman" does not make sense.
But if you need a "detective" to solve a narrow specific problem - please, put it without problems.

I can recommend avast if there is a place, it’s better to put it :) it blocks websites with malicious software (software) on the Internet and there is also an extension in chrome (free)

Installing antiviruses is a purely personal moment: as you like / who requires what.
Let’s say I have a built-in defender at home + a trained eye where I don’t have to climb, don’t download any suspicious crap
At work on information security they require a Kaspersky network system
Someone considers Avast or (God forbid) 360Total the top of information security, someone sits on ESET / Doctor how many people have so many opinions
