What are the accounting systems for games?

Hello. Such question: How to make a collection of games?
Now there are many different stores, launchers, etc. Yes, and ordinary old disks, for example, are also there. All of these: Steam, Uplay, Origin, Humble Bundle, EpicGamesStore, Gog.com and PS Store make my head spin. But I would like to see the games in one place, and if not to run and manage, then at least imagine what is in your possession.
Found https://www.collectorz.com/game , but it's either paid or paid monthly. And there, as far as I understand, you can not add your own fields. (tried the web version). And the client is only under Windows.
At one time I used Confluence for this. But here is the problem. Either keep the running server at your place, or turn it for $10.month. Atlassians.
Maybe someone has come across this, and keeps a library / collection of games. What do you use?

In settings add exe-extension and instead of "online cinemas" add executable game files. It will be possible to add a cover, description, tags and instead of "play movie" the game will start. If the game is on DVD and not installed, then nothing will start, you can attach the site instead of the executable.

The usual directory in the start menu for shortcuts and a separate directory for games on the disk.

it's not even from a cannon to sparrows ...
You would first draw up the requirements for the system. Need to see what's in the possession - use a text file. Well, or Excel for cataloging.
