How to install Windows Server 2003 on a VPS server with OS Linux on board?

Hello.
Can you tell me how to implement this action?
I installed Centos 6.8
I connect to the server via ssh, there is no graphics.
According to the manuals, I installed vnc on the network and tried to install the OS on the virtual machine, but nothing happened. During the installation process, the installation hung.
How it is possible to solve this situation? And is it possible for it to work properly.
Can anyone share a link to the manual.

VPS is already a virtual machine. Dual virtualization will not work - not all hypervisors support this ..
Therefore, do not try to outwit the provider and buy the system that you need

If you're virtualizing KVM and you have a license, it's easier to put your own image. (if hoster allows) Ihor
hosting allows it. In addition, ihor (as far as I know) loops through all processor instructions , which allows nested virtualization. (which in some situations is better than not nested, for example, thanks to zram). Maybe no one is going to deceive the hosting provider, and Windows 2003 is preferable due to the license and / or only some ancient software works on it. PS: link ref. PSS: someday I will write an article with tests, as soon as I have free time.

Eee....mmmm...didn't understand? VPS is already a virtual machine. Do you want to raise another virtualization environment inside the virtual machine? Bare-metal hyper will not work - KVM for example, it relies on accessing the hardware directly. hypers of the second level, accustomed to working through the axis - virtualbox for example, can be earned. "Maybe" because I've never had a chance to raise virtualization within virtualization - I don't see any point in this.

In most cases, no way - this is the prerogative of the provider and you can choose the maximum from those offered in their list.
There is no way you can do this through ssh (unless you can connect different disks created through the VPS control panel).
On some sites it is possible to download an ISO image from the server control panel for installation, some give access directly to the console, but I saw this only once with a large order.
