Win 10 2004 blocks Winbox, who faced?

Win 10 2004 and Winbox:
- on one computer it works without visible problems, but with the CRS virtual machine on it
- on the second computer it cannot establish a connection with a remote router
- on the third computer it generally blocks with the words "your network administrator can unblock this program"

mode I tried compatibility, it did not help. Who faced? What's the catch? And how would you get rid of it?

It's probably a matter of network and firewall settings.
Check if the server is available at all, if there are allowing rules in the firewall.
