Is it necessary to transfer the Windows 10 OEM sticker from the box to the computer?

Good afternoon!
Our organization purchases complete PCs with Windows 10 OEM. Savings... In order to protect the keys from playful pens, the stickers remained on the boxes of discs, with notes which one belongs to which computer. How long is it legal to keep the sticker on the box?
(please be specific as I know the OEM license is for PC builders)

I know that the OEM license is for PC builders
Exactly. You cannot access the key without opening the envelope. By opening it, you accept the license for collectors.
1. Definitions.
...
f. " System Builder " means a hardware manufacturer, assembler, refurbisher, or software pre-installer that sells User System(s) to a third party .
2. Authorized Distribution and Acceptance.
To redistribute the software in the Package, you must be a System Builder and agree to the terms of this license. By opening this Package, you accept this license. If you choose not to accept this license, return the unopened Package to the distributor immediately. You may distribute unopened Packages only in your territory. For information about the territory in which you are authorized to distribute, see www.microsoft.com/oem/sblicense/territory. You can only return Packages that have not been opened.
That is, you have the right to buy or build computers and install OEM windows on them, but after that you are obliged to sell these computers. Using them for yourself would be a violation of the license.
As for the stickers, then again there is a license for assemblers.
6. Certificate of Authenticity (“COA”) sticker.
The COA label must be affixed to the front, back, side, or top of the User System chassis. If the User System is a laptop or tablet, the COA must be affixed to the bottom of the User System.

The law does not regulate in any way where the sticker should be if you do not plan to sell them.
