How to make an ip address available outside the LAN?

Good afternoon. In general, the question is this. There is an organization with a total of 128 PCs. Inside the organization, naturally, a local network with Internet access is organized. There is a server running Windows Server 2003 and a Mikrotik router. Not long ago we installed the IP camera Vstarcam T6892WP. At work, you can look through the web interface as well as the official application. But it's impossible to log in from home and mobile application. Please tell me how can I make the ip video of the camera available via the Internet. In order to watch it was possible both at home and through the phone? Thanks in advance to all who respond.

Forward the external IP to the camera on the desired port. Well, after that, if you enter <external_address> in the browser at home, you get to the web face of the camera. But this is not ok)

Port forwarding is what a 10-year-old schoolboy who thinks "Maybe I should become a sysadmin" should first learn. In the absence of a white IP, the office (which is rare, but it happens) has a so-called service. DDNS. In the vast majority of cases, the camera can work with it on its own (port forwarding does not cancel this). It is often provided by the camera manufacturer, often for free. Well, the "cool" system administrator, hinting at a bonus, will present to the manager a camera (or a pool of cameras) on a domain name (which can also be organized on Mikrotik without any problems, but for 200 rubles / year). A certain chic, in the form of a mobile application, will be in the video server, as an application. You can pick up shareware, with a limit on the number of cameras (or you can completely free).
