How to force one program to access the network only via a USB modem, and the rest via a twisted pair cable?

There is a Windows computer at home, connected to the network through a router (twisted pair).
I have one application that should access the Internet not through a home network, but through a USB modem. Is there a way to do this, preferably easier?

It seems to me that such things should be done through firewall rules. I don't remember from memory, but something like a firewall - add a rule - a rule for the application. Specify the executable file in the rule and allow only traffic to the specified interface, the rest is drop. I'm not strong in the windows firewall, but I think it's done something like this.
Such things can definitely be done in some kind of firewall, such as comodo firewall, kerio winroute firewall etc.
