Is it too much for a test task?

I received a test for Jun WP, but having received the test task, suspicions crept in. Could you please tell me the approximate time for the execution of such work (by my standards, it is much more than I promised the office to allocate for the test)

Raise pure WP.
Install "SimpleFields" plugin ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-fields/ ) (documentation: simple-fields.com/documentation ).
Write your own plugin that initializes the new post-type "Property" and the taxonomy "District", where the property will be a building (a building can have many apartments or rooms).
Through "SimpleFields" create a set of fields for real estate objects: "house name (input)", "location coordinates (input)", "number of floors (1-20, list)", "building type (panel / brick / foam block, radio )", "image", multi-block-fields "room" where there will be such fields as "area (input)", "number.
In the single-page of the building, all these filled attributes and so on should be displayed.
In the plugin, add the initialization of the shortcode and widget, which, when inserted on the front, should display a filter block (with all fields) for real estate objects and their premises. During the search operation below the filter block using Ajax, a list of 10 found positions with pagination should be displayed. Each item can be either a building or a room with an image, a title and a short description, but with a link to the building's page.

The test task should not take much time.
If you count the working day as 4 productive hours, then even 1 day is a lot.
IMHO. The assignment should be half a day maximum. 2 hours for design/testing and 2 hours for development.

Norm for junior. Believe the middle or senior, this can be done in an hour or two :)
Here, in fact, the task is to be able to google and read the docks. Nothing complicated.

It's really too much for a june. Perhaps they are testing the general level, how well you perform the tasks.

If this is not a very serious place of work, then something is too much.
If you really want to get there - it's a completely normal task.
