I want to buy PRO on fl.ru. And there the price is calculated depending on the competition. I changed my specialization and the price dropped by 2 times. Is this way of buying normal?
I understand that I will not be able to change my specialization later, but I will be in the search for all specializations.

For example, if there are hundreds of people with missile defense in their specialization, then the amount can be significant when they are in the TOP.
You will be in the catalog only for the main chosen specialization, plus additional ones in the tail. Theoretically, this can be done. The advantages of this approach:
