How to work with a client to create a freelance program?

I want to work with legal face, like a physical person to create a software product (application for working with documents). TK is good. Rating given. The customer agrees to pay for actual work time.
I read the contract of the author's order on habrahabr.ru/post/177229 , articles in gr. Code of the Russian Federation (Article 1288). And I don’t want to conclude such an agreement, because. it suggests that I agree to a fixed fee. But I want to be rewarded for my specific time spent working on the project. Then I need to conclude some other contract?
Tell me how can I work better in this case? Thanks

Update. Specifically, now I’m interested in what happens if, under that contract of the author’s order, I didn’t invest in the deadlines (and in preferential terms), but continue to develop? If I leave development and wait for payment, shouldn't I then get all (part of?) of the reward back?

Update 2. According to art. 1290, paragraph 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, I must return the money if I did not have time to finish it on time. But this is software, not some kind of song. Others may use this to continue working. So I'm taking the risk. It is not clear how to build relationships then.

Hourly pay is certainly not bad, but far from the best choice in Russian realities. Hourly pay is not trusted, it cannot serve as an accurate assessment of a person's work and the level of this work. Hourly pay is always controversial. So if I were you, I would try to evaluate the project differently. For example:
Let's say you want to earn 100k per month. Working in an office is roughly 22 days a month for 8 hours. 176 hours. The price of an hour, approximately 570 rubles.
Next, we estimate approximately how long the development of the project will take, let's say 10 days. The price of the project will be 45600. For unforeseen cases, we throw in another 2-3 days. +13680. Total approximately 59.000 rubles.
If you make the project faster than 10 days, then the entire amount on top will be your speed bonus. If you do a project for more than 10 days + a reserve, then the lost income will be your penalty for slowness.
The customer is called a period of 10 days x2.
At the final discussion of price and term, you will have a small reserve for a discount (up to 13680) and a small reserve for a discount by terms - up to 10 days.
Further, if everything goes smoothly, then you will make the project acceptable in 7 days. This is 13 days faster than the customer expects. The customer is happy, there is a lot of time to find and fix bugs.
In this situation, there will also be no problems with the standard form of a contract for a fixed amount and term, and no third-party tools will be needed to determine the time of work.

Regarding update 2:
The fact is that in this situation, when the deadline for the execution of the contract was violated and the latter was terminated, the provisions of paragraph 2 of Art. 1290 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, you retain all exclusive rights to what was created as part of the execution of this copyright order agreement (in this case, as I understand it, this is the source code). You returned to the customer all the money that was paid to them, and if the contract provided for a penalty, then you also paid the stipulated amount of the penalty.
The customer under the contract is not entitled to use the code that you wrote. This code can be used by the customer or any other person only after the conclusion of a license agreement with you.
