Is it possible, when downloading by torrent, to completely prohibit the distribution, no matter what byte is given away?

Good evening!
Please tell me, when downloading by torrent - is it possible to completely prohibit distribution, no matter what byte is given away? Is it possible to organize this "at the program level"? settings\utilities for the torrent client or a plug-in\impact of another program? maybe there is an alternative torrent client with such a function?
If not, then another question, what is better to use for anonymous torrenting, proxy\vpn with p2p\seedbox? something other? what are the nuances?
*Clarification - since cracked programs and pornography are prohibited by law, I want to insure as much as possible so that I don’t later prove in court that I did not use the program for profit or, due to the latest amendments to the law, that Sailor Moon is not child porn.
ps I’ll immediately clarify that, according to statistics, I already have more than 10.14 TB on normal films on nmm alone, and downloaded 10 times less, so I don’t think it’s “uncivilized” not to distribute a couple of torrents).

If you are not in Germany, where law firms monitor the return of torrents on the orders of copyright holders, forget it.
