Hetzner sends abuse via torrents. How serious is this and what can be done?

A torrent client is running on a rented computer. Some horse studio, apparently using iknowwhatyoudownload.com, sends an abuse to Hetzner, and he, in turn, sends it to me. The radical solution is clear: switch to bulletproof hosting. But Hetzner had worked without problems for many years before that. Has something changed in their legislation, has downloading torrents become illegal? I'm a Russian customer and I'm paying 25% more due to "Google tax", should Hetzner apply European law to me? Or just ignore the abuse? Will they turn it off?
