Home Media Server and torrents - what could be the problem?

I'm trying to add a LostFilm.tv podcast to the program. I downloaded it from this topic , added it to podcasts in the program, indicated the login and password in the settings. The list loads fine. But when I try to run test transcoding, two console windows pop up instead of one. The first one says this:
