Is there a site where a user could subscribe to a movie? For example: I'm waiting for the release of the movie "BlaBla". And when it appears in the required quality (dubbed/licensed) on torrents, I get a notification. MyShows is only good for TV shows, while KinoPoisk only releases movies on DVD.

You can follow the release of new films and series through the Zona program. There is also a tvfedor website, but you can only follow the created distributions.
