Is it possible to work under a contract without an IP?

Good afternoon, on stackoverflow remote jobs I see a lot of vacancies where it is written about a contract between a developer and a company.

1) Question - is this contract legally valid?
2) Is it possible to receive money not to a bank account, but through payoneer under a contract? (In order not to issue an IP for the first time)

Get self-employed. In general, there will be no problems. If the salary is 100-150 thousand, the difference with the IP will not be felt. If more, then it is better to make an IP and take a patent (but it depends on income and region). You can first be self-employed to start, in the future, with growth, switch to IP

Your question:

Is it possible to work under a contract without an IP?

My answer:
You can, but it's called labor relations (employee - employer, employment).
1. If you are going to work for your uncle, then your uncle must register you in accordance with the regulations of the state in which his company is registered.
2. At the moment, this is no longer possible -

3. You must decide for yourself how you will work - there are a lot of different options. But you must understand that there are peculiarities with hiring as workers in any of the countries, therefore, you must understand that you can be thrown, because. hiring workers everywhere quotas.
If you are from the Russian Federation, then make yourself an LLC and do not bother. PBOYUL is simpler, but it also has its own nuances.
