Is it possible to work through Upwork for a fixed monthly amount without a time tracker?

Well, i.e. the customer pays $ every month without opening a fixed contract every time . Like a regular monthly salary is shorter.

Open a contract once and make monthly payments within it.
You can create a new milestone every month or just through bonuses.

Under fixed-price contracts, a tracker is not required at all. The customer can pay when and how much he wants :)
