Hello. Please tell me how to submit work to upwork done at an hourly rate. Just attach in the message and send, or the client must close the time or something like that. I know when fixing you go to the contract section and there is a button to submit an order for verification. How to hand over with a tracker?

Exactly.
Then the client either writes "Great job", closes the contract and puts a review.
Or he writes what edits need to be made and then you track.

There is no button to submit an order for verification. There is a button to close the contract, but you don’t need to close them yourself, as far as I know. Probably the same with hourly. The client himself will write to you, if necessary, the meaning of what to press there.
