A lot has been written here about how they work through individual entrepreneurs in Russia. I would like to read about the experience of living people from Ukraine who work through sole proprietorship and pay 5% tax. There are short posts two years ago, but a lot could change.
Everything is interesting from the very beginning. How to explain tax about Upwork? What banks and how do you work? Can I keep the currency or do I have to sell everything? What documentation needs to be kept? Well, etc. I would like the experience of a living person working in white. Payoneer is, of course, good, but with large purchases, they may start asking questions.

No way. That is unnecessary.
Private Everything is simple and easy.
Here is a presentation for working with Peyoneer, but with Upwork it is similar.
It is forbidden. 50% is automatically sold, the rest is optional.
There are some schemes through the design of a business trip, but there is somehow gemorno and muddy, as for me.
I do everything through Taxer, spend 10 minutes every quarter to send reports and add entries to the Income Book.
