There are freelancers on Upwork with whom I might be able to cooperate. The question is, how to write to a specific person and ask preliminary questions? Discuss details or just ask if he knows Russian. There are a lot of freelancers on Upwork, for example, from Armenia, but only English, Russian is indicated does not appear anywhere. Do I need to know which button to press in the freelancer's profile so that the message goes only to him alone?
