How to legally withdraw money from the Upwork agency?

I've been working "in white" on Upwork for a long time. I withdraw money to the IP account.
But what about the agency? Is it really possible to withdraw this money into white money? How will tax and currency control react to this? A quick googling didn't turn up any information on the subject.

It seems to me that the tax dofeni "agency" you or "freelancer loner." If you withdraw officially, then you do the same with the agency.
