What will be a violation of the GDPR on the site?
The 2GDPR service checked the site and saw that there is a violation of the GDPR - google analytic requires consent from European users.
I don't have users from Europe. The site can be called a business card in general, in Russian with ~ 10 visitors per day. Something in general can be for me for this, because theoretically anyone from Europe can go to the site?
PS there is no personal data, email newsletters and other personal information on the site

If you live in Russia, the site is hosted in Russia, the business is registered and conducted in Russia (or not registered anywhere, because it does not exist :D ) - nothing.
If any of the above applies to the EU in some way, read the GDPR and follow the requirements, otherwise you can get stuck.
Probably nothing in Russia. In Europe, this is now strictly monitored. And if the user notices that some personal data is being used without his consent (for this, a bunch of pop-ups should now be shown), then he has the right to complain about it. And the owner of the site has the risk of being responsible for this.

Explanatory article on this topic. The risks are listed there as well.
As Sergei said , in case of severe violations, there may be problems with entry due to large fines. But in your case, I don't see the need to meet these requirements.
