Which bank do you recommend for sole proprietorship? There will be no more than 3 payments per month. To easily withdraw to the account of a physicist, and compatible with my case. Next to Alpha's house, how to work with them.

I can recommend you a good bank. Otkritie Bank - they have a division for entrepreneurs called Tochka. A good bank for this is also Tinkoff.
A question about integration - these banks seem to be just introducing or already introducing integration with Moe Delo, but I know for sure that they have full integration with Elba products, which was done back in mid-2016.

Alpha is a pretty decent choice. I don’t know about My business, but you can upload statements to Elba even from those banks with which there is no integration, you don’t need to fill in anything with your hands.
