Payment systems

Is there a solution for online payments and cash registers (online cash registers) to comply with the 54-fz law without buying / registering a cash desk?

Most importantly: since 2017-2018, a cash desk is needed even when accepting payments online.
Previously, he accepted payments through Yandex.Cashier, sitting on the simplified tax system, paid 6% of income and did not blow a mustache about innovations in the law 54-fz. For those who don't know, let me explain:
After a person has made a payment through a payment system aggregator or online acquiring, it is your responsibility to generate a check (electronic can be) within 5 minutes using certified and correctly registered cash registers, which will immediately contact the fiscal data operator (FOD ) and, then, will fall into the tax. And it doesn't matter if the money goes into your account. Cassette is needed. Well, it may not be exactly a cash register, as we saw, but at least a black box connected to the Internet, where there is some kind of encrypted drive, which also needs to be changed every 13 months. The trick is that this checkout should always work when you accept payments. For the Internet, this is around the clock ... And there are many, many more nasty things. Now you can’t go on vacation, but everything works by itself. Gotta be sure
You can get acquainted with all this horror here (the first half of the video)
For those places where the ticket office already exists, there are no special problems, just small changes. But for those who do not physically encounter buyers, there is nothing sensible. Some cash registers are developing cloud cash registers , but these are only promises. There is no more information. Yandex.kassa does not promise anything concrete either and says that we can handle it ourselves. Other PSs (such as dengionline) and banks (TCS) do not address this issue at all.
Maybe someone knows something? Is there a convenient out-of-the-box solution for an online service entrepreneur who works only through ONLINE payments?
P.S: I also don’t want to deal with registering a cash register, so solutions with cloud cash registers do not suit me. If they are suitable for you, see the answers to this question, which I did not mark as a solution.
UPD-1: Meanwhile, different sources interpret the terms in different ways when not generating checks when working through Yandex.Checkout becomes illegal. Someone says that for a long time, since the law defined the concept of electronic payment and indicated that checks should be made.
UPD-2: Changed the main question. I added at the end "... without a physical cash desk?"
UPD-3: Changed the main question. I added at the end "... without buying / registering a cash desk?"

ROBOKASSA.RU - In the "Robocheki" option, they will punch checks on their own behalf. The connection took me two days. The documentation is competent. Helpful on the phone and responds quickly to emails. This is very noticeable after fiddling with the Invoicebox. Commission 2.9-3.9% (hereinafter when paying by cards).
INVOICEBOX.RU - They beat the check in their own name at their cash desks. Alas, slow technical support and incomplete documentation prevented my connection. Commission 3.0-3.5%.
BEST2PAY.RU - The check is beaten on their own behalf at their cash desks. Commission 2.4-3.2%. I didn't contact myself.
NEXTPAY.RU - NOT A SOLUTION - They have already decidedthat when working with them you still have to buy a cash register. The point was that they provide a service to the payer, as if the client came to the bank with a receipt for payment. And the payer pays the commission. You receive payment on your account by a regular payment order.
Commission: 3% + 15 rubles from the payment. Read more about their vision of 54FZ .
I honestly worked with them all of 2017 and half of 2018 without any problems.
YANDEX PAYMENT IS NOT A SOLUTION - Yandex thought that it was not necessary to beat checks, but the Federal Tax Service believes that it is necessary. In the FAQ they wrote: “Unfortunately, we cannot comment on exactly how and when the check should be issued. We think you'd better check with the regulator yourself. We will also try to get more details - as soon as they appear, we will definitely share with you.

The most beard - with the acceptance of payments from abroad in currencies.
Firstly, none of those who are now integrated with online cash registers can show foreigners an account for payment in foreign currency and withdraw the currency (even when paying with Paypal, and paying with foreign cards - only two months after connection and that is not a fact).
And foreigners look somewhat askance at the amounts in rubles, of course.
Accepting through Paypal and making out a fiscal transaction is also not clear how.

The easiest way is to connect to www.invoicebox.ru, as for me, you don't need a cash desk, there is no subscription fee, especially if you don't often need a cash desk.

Yandex.Checkout support said that integration with the FOD is being worked out now and everything will be fine. More information is not yet available.

I asked this question to Robokassa support, they answered that they themselves do not know anything yet. In general, no one knows anything, everyone is waiting for what will happen.

Meanwhile, different sources interpret the terms in different ways when not generating checks when working through Yandex.Checkout becomes illegal. Someone says that for a long time, since the law defined the concept of electronic payment and indicated that checks should be made.

Yandex.Checkout lawyers interpret unambiguously: accepting online payments using a new type of cash register is mandatory from July 1, 2017.

And who understood what follows from this letter from the Federal Tax Service www.garant.ru/products/ipo/prime/doc/71541230 ? I want to start accepting payments on SP usn6% via paypal. Before that, it was only accepted to the current account. If I had already accepted payments through it before, as I understand it, I could not introduce a cash desk until the summer of 2018. And if I start now, how?
Is such a letter from the Federal Tax Service an opinion, or is it like a law and I can be calm about tax claims? If not, who needs to verify it? Can I safely write a request to the tax office or is it fraught with excessive attention?

With Robokassa, I tried to come up with something, but they offered me some kind of astronomical connection scheme without CCP, but in the end they asked for time to complete this method of accepting payments. I waited a month or two, hesitated and decided to return to my old friend Net Pay, it turns out that they have a ready-made solution for online cash registers: net2pay.ru/about/services/net-pay-pomozet-klientam... No problem through them ATOL ONLINE connected
