Can I connect Skrill to accept payments in dollars and withdraw them in rubles to my ruble current account?

Hello.
Can I accept payments in dollars by connecting Skrill to payment, and withdraw them in rubles to my ruble current account?
I will open an LLC in Russia, an account in Sberbank.
Now I am creating an online store and I want to connect the Skrill payment system. The store will be in English and prices are in dollars. I know that PayPal allows you to accept payments in different currencies, and then withdraw to your current account in rubles (PayPal itself converts dollars into rubles), because of this, you do not need to open a foreign currency account. Does Skrill do this, or does it only withdraw in dollars and will you need to open a foreign currency account because of this?
