Internet acquiring service?

Initial data: website in RuNet, regular payments for placement in the database (average bill $5), payments from individuals from all over the world. I'm trying to find an internet acquiring service. Paypal is not suitable for obvious reasons. Which way is better to look? Thank you.

If there is a legal face and the desire to get confused to reduce the commission percentage, then open an account in one of the dews. banks, and an acquiring agreement. I can advise Alfa, then we will meet at the connection stage :)
